Shamrocks’ Coach, Chris Lionette
Chris has been coaching both travel and rec soccer in Holmdel since 2001. Prior to moving to Holmdel, Chris coached soccer in the Matawan/Aberdeen rec program. Chris also coached youth soccer in the Andover, MA rec program while in high school and college.
As well as being the head coach for the HSC Shamrocks, Chris serves as a Head Coach, League President and is one of three Soccer Commissioners (along with HSC coaches Eric Hinds and Jim Calhoun) in H.Y.A.A. – Holmdel’s rec soccer program. In addition to their head coaching responsibilities for their respective HSC teams, as Commissioners for H.Y.A.A.’s soccer program Chris, Eric & Jim are responsible for a fall soccer program with over 400 players and run various winter and spring soccer clinics for children of all ages starting as young a Pre-K.
